dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci se pojednává o vlivu diagnostikování celiakie na životní styl pacienta. Celiakie je autoimunitní doživotní onemocnění, jehož doposud jedinou léčbou je dodržování bezlepkové diety. V teoretické části práce jsou do několika kapitol rozpracovány informace o samotném onemocnění a bezlepkové dietě. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány rozhovory se čtyřmi participantkami, Výsledky jsou zpracovány a porovnány v diskuzi. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat a popsat, jak vnímají pacienti s nově diagnostikovanou celiakií její vliv na vybrané oblasti životního stylu. Všechny stanovené cíle práce byly splněny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the influence of celiac disease diagnosis on the patient's lifestyle. Celiac disease is an autoimmune lifelong disease for which the only treatment so far is to follow a gluten-free diet. In the theoretical part, the thesis is divided into several chapters of which some of them focus on the disease itself while other describe the gluten-free diet. In the practical part, the work deals with conducted interviews with four female participants whose results are processed and then compared in a subsequent discussion. The main purpose of the bachelor thesis was to map how patients with newly diagnosed Celiac disease perceive its influence on a few selected areas of their life and describe the effects it can have on their lifestyle. The thesis met all the requirements and fulfilled all its set goals.en
