dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Činnost členů zdravotnické složky ve vedoucích pozicích v rámci mimořádné události s hromadným postižením osob" se zabývá analýzou specifik činností vedoucího zdravotnické složky, vedoucího lékaře a vedoucího odsunu v rámci řešení vybraných mimořádných událostí s velkým počtem zraněných osob. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na definici mimořádné události, její rozdělení, typové činnosti složek Integrovaného záchranného systému a jeho význam při společném zásahu u události s hromadným postižením osob. Druhá kapitola definuje mimořádnou událost s hromadným postižením osob, činnost skupin třídění, přednemocniční neodkladné péče a odsunu postižených osob a popisuje úkoly vedoucího zdravotnické složky, vedoucího lékaře a vedoucího odsunu. V praktické části jsou popsány vybrané mimořádné události s hromadným postižením osob, kterých se respondenti mého výzkumu účastnili, s důrazem na specifika činnosti jednotlivých vedoucích pozic v rámci zásahu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on the topic "Activities of members of the medical component in leadership positions in a mass casualty incident" deals with the analysis of the specifics of the activities of the head of the medical unit, the head doctor and the head of removal in the context of dealing with selected emergencies with a large number of injured persons. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of an emergency, its division, typical activities of the Integrated Rescue System components and its importance in joint intervention in an event with mass disability of persons. The second chapter defines a mass casualty incident, the activities of triage groups, pre-hospital emergency care and removal of casualties and describes the tasks of the head of the medical unit, the head doctor and the removal manager. The practical section describes selected mass casualty incidents involving persons with disabilities in which my research respondents were involved, with an emphasis on the activities of the various leadership positions within the response.en
