dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování vybrané neziskové organizace a zhodnocením jejího finančního zdraví. V prvních kapitolách jsou zpracována teoretická východiska týkající se neziskového sektoru a problematiky financování neziskových organizací se zaměřením na nestátní neziskové organizace. V další kapitole je představena vybraná nezisková organizace, kterou je Techmania Science Center o. p. s. Následuje analýza zdrojů financování uvedené organizace, přičemž tyto jsou poté porovnány se strukturou zdrojů financování science center ve světě. V následující kapitole je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví organizace pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na závěrečné zhodnocení financování vybrané neziskové organizace a doporučující návrhy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with financing possibilities of selected non-profit organization and assessment of its financial health. Within first chapters there is formulated theoretical basis of the non-profit sector and funding of non-profit organizations with the focus on nongovernmental organizations. In the next charter the selected non-profit organization Techmania Science Center o. p. s. is introduced. Funding sources analysis of this organization follows and these funding sources are then compared to the funding sources structure of science centers in the world. The next chapter contains the financial health assessment of the organization using selected indicators. The last chapter is focused on final assessment and recommending suggestions.en
