dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá žalobou a žalobním právem v civilním procesu a hlavními možnostmi ochrany porušených a ohrožených práv soudem. Ochrana a náprava je umožněna prostřednictvím použití žaloby, která v sobě zahrnuje nárok osoby na nápravu takto porušených či ohrožených práv. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do čtyř kapitol, které se postupně rozvíjejí do jednotlivých podkapitol. První kapitolou je Historický exkurz, druhou Žalobní právo, třetí Žaloba a poslední, tedy čtvrtou je Dispozice žalobce s žalobou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation deals with the prosecution and the prosecution law in the public trial and the main possibilities of the protection broken and endangered rights by the courts. The protection and the correction are possible through the use of the prosecution which contains the individuals claim for the rectification of those endangered and broken rights. This piece of work is divided into four mains chapters which gradually expand into more detail. The first chapter describes the historical view of law, the second chapter deals with the prosecution law, the third chapter deals with the trials, and last chapter addresses the disposition of the prosecutor with the prosecution.en
