dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na udržitelnou výkonnost podniků. Cílem práce je měření a řízení udržitelné výkonnosti podniků ve zvoleném automobilovém průmyslu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část popisuje udržitelnou výkonnost podniku. Druhá část začíná charakteristikou automobilového průmyslu a poté analyzuje udržitelnou výkonnost podniků. Sociální výkonnost byla měřena pomocí počtu zaměstnanců, průměrné mzdy, počtu pracovní úrazovosti, počtu smrtelných pracovních úrazů, počtu dnů pracovní neschopnosti. Environmentální výkonnost byla měřena pomocí ukazatelů energetické účinnosti, ukazatelů odpadového hospodářství, ukazatelů materiálové účinnosti a investic na ochranu životního prostředí. Ekonomická výkonnost byla měřena pomocí tradičních a moderních ukazatelů. V závěru práce je popsán vliv udržitelných aktiv na ekonomickou výkonnost. Je zde také shrnuta celková udržitelná výkonnost podniků a navržena případná opatření.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused, on the sustainable performance of companies. The goal is to measure and manage the sustainable performance of companies in the chosen automotive industry. This thesis is divided in two parts. The first part describes the sustainable performance of a company. The second part begins with a description of the automotive industry and then analyses the sustainable performance of companies. Social performance measured by the number of employees, average wages, number of work-related unjuries, fatal accidents at work and days of inability to work. Environmental performance was measured using the indicators of energy efficiency, waste management, materiál efficiency and environmental investments. Economic performance was measured using traditional and modern indicators. In the end of this thesis is described the influence of sustainable assets on economic performance. Also the overall sustainable performance of the companies is summarized here and possible measures are suggested.	en
