dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou optimalizací procesu na oddělení logistiky ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav, identifikovat hlavní nedostatky a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivity. V teoretické části jsou popsány klíčové pojmy související s danou problematikou, zejména prin-cipy štíhlé výroby, metody analýzy plýtvání apod. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci těchto poznatků v konkrétním podniku, kde byly provedeny analýzy pomocí nástrojů jako jsou napří-klad MUDA, Ishikawa diagram a Yamazumi diagram. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla navržena konkrétní opatření a doporučení pro zvýšení efektivity a snížení ztrát. Přínosem práce je návrh řešení, které je možné v praxi implementovat a které může vést k dlouhodobému zlepšení podnikových procesů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the issue of process optimization in the logistics department in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state, identify the main shortcomings and propose measures leading to the improvement of performance and efficiency. The theoretical part describes key concepts related to the given issue, especially the principles of lean production, methods of waste analysis, etc. The practical part focuses on the application of this knowledge in a specific company, where analyses were carried out using tools such as MUDA, Ishikawa diagram and Yamazumi diagram. Based on the findings, specific measures and recommendations were proposed to increase efficiency and reduce losses. The contribution of the thesis is the proposal of a solution that can be implemented in practice and which can lead to long-term improvement of business processes.en
