| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti fyzioterapie u pacientů po operaci skoliózy. Cílem je analyzovat efektivitu různých terapeutických přístupů při zlepšování funkčního stavu pacientů a urychlení jejich rekonvalescence. V teoretické části práce je charakterizována skolióza, včetně její klasifikace, etiopatogeneze a diagnostiky. Dále jsou zmíněny přístupy v konzervativní léčbě skoliózy. Větší pozornost je věnována operační léčbě a pooperační rehabilitaci. Jsou zde popsány fyzioterapeutické techniky a metody, které mohou přispět ke zlepšení posturální stability, svalové síly a celkové kvality života pacientů po operaci skoliózy. Praktická část zahrnuje tříměsíční terapeutickou intervenci u tří pacientek po operaci skoliózy. Pacientky se lišily typem skoliózy a délkou času od provedení operace, což vedlo k individualizaci terapeutických přístupů a výběru vhodných diagnostických metod pro vstupní a výstupní vyšetření. Aplikované fyzioterapeutické postupy byly voleny s ohledem na specifika každého případu, aby bylo dosaženo maximální efektivity rehabilitace. Výsledky ukazují, že správně zvolená a individualizovaná fyzioterapeutická péče může významně přispět ke zlepšení funkčního stavu, zvýšení svalové síly a stabilizaci postury u pacientů po operaci skoliózy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the possibilities of physiotherapy for patients af-ter scoliosis surgery. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of various therapeutic approaches in improving patients' functional status and accelerating their recovery. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes scoliosis, including its classification, etiopathogenesis, and diagnosis. It also discusses approaches in the conservative treatment of scoliosis. Greater attention is given to surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation. Physiotherapeutic techniques and methods that can contribute to improving postural stability, muscle strength, and the overall quality of life of patients after scoliosis surgery are described. The practical part includes a threemonth therapeutic intervention in three female patients after scoliosis surgery. The patients differed in the type of scoliosis and the time elapsed since the surgery, which led to the individualization of therapeutic approaches and the selection of appropriate diagnostic methods for initial and final examinations. The applied physiotherapeutic procedures were chosen with regard to the specifics of each case to achieve maximum rehabilitation efficiency. The results show that properly selected and individualized physiotherapeutic care can significantly contribute to improving functional status, increasing muscle strength, and stabilizing posture in patients after scoliosis surgery. | en |
