dc.description.abstract	V kontextu tématu Dům a zeleň jsem se rozhodl zaměřit na problematiku nevyužitých domů, které necháváme často chátrat (často z důvodu nedostatku financí na jejich rekonstrukci) a následně je boříme. Dále se ve své práci zaměřuji na městskou zeleň a sociální přesahy v podobě problematiky fenoménu bezdomovectví. Jako demonstrativní příklad jsem si vybral roky chátrající činžovní dům v Plzni s přilehlým nevyužívaným vnitroblokem, kde bují náletové dřeviny. Těmto tématům se věnuji dlouhodobě a měl jsem tedy možnost aplikovat a rozšířit své znalosti. Práci se stávajícími domy, zelení a zahrnutí ekonomických a sociálních přesahů spatřuji z hlediska udržitelnosti jako stěžejní.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In connection with the theme House and Greenery, I decided to focus on the issue of unused houses, which are often left to decay (often due to lack of funds for their reconstruction) and then demolished. I also focus on urban greenery and social overlaps in the form of the phenomenon of homelessness. As a demonstrative example I chose a dilapidated apartment building in Pilsen with an adjacent unused yard full of trees. I have been dealing with these topics for a long time and I had the opportunity to apply and expand my knowledge. I consider working with existing houses, greening and incorporating economic and social overlaps to be crucial in terms of sustainability.	en
