dc.description.abstractTématem předkládané bakalářské práce je zavádění integrovaných systémů řízení v podnicích s následnou aplikací zjištěných poznatků v praxi na vybrané společnosti. První část práce představuje metody a nástroje pro zlepšování kvality firemních procesů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zavedení integrovaného systému řízení v předem zvolené společnosti. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení implementace tohoto systému.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe introduction of integrated management systems in companies was the main focus of this bachelor thesis. The first part presents methods and tools of specific systems which helps to improve the quality of company processes. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the implementation of two integrated management systems such as 5S and SMED - in a selected company. Evaluation of these systems implementation and its practical benefits are summered in the conclusion of the thesis.en
