dc.description.abstractPráce na téma "Sociálně-geografická analýza potenciálu rozvoje SO ORP Ostrov" se zabývá analyzováním sociálních a ekonomických činitelů ovlivňujících rozvoj tohoto správního obvodu. V práci jsou stručně a přehledně popsána specifika sociálně- demografických a ekonomických poměrů v tomto regionu. U vybraných ukazatelů, které lze použít k hodnocení potenciálu rozvoje regionu, je podrobněji analyzován jejich vývoj v čase a současné hodnoty jsou porovnávány s hodnotami vyšších územních celků. Následně jsou charakterizovány další sociálně-ekonomické faktory, které vytvářejí podmínky pro regionální rozvoj. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou identifikovány hlavní příležitosti a problémy rozvoje tohoto regionu a určeny oblasti, ve kterých má regionální rozvoj SO ORP Ostrov největší potenciál.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis titled "Socio-geographical analysis of the development potential of the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers Ostrov" deals with the analysis of social and economic factors influencing the development of this administrative district. The thesis concisely and clearly describes the specifics of the socio-demographic and economic conditions in this region. Selected indicators used for assessing the development potential of a region are analyzed in terms of their development over time, and their current values are compared with the values of higher territorial units. Furthermore, more socio-economic areas, which create conditions for regional development, are characterized. Based on the findings, the main opportunities and problems of the development of this region are identified, and fields in which the regional development of the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers Ostrov has the most significant potential, are specified.en
