dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá kognitivním screeningem u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě (CMP) v akutním a subakutním stádiu z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o CMP, jejích následcích, možnostech rehabilitace. Zmíněna je kapitola o ergoterapii a iktových centrech v ČR. Součástí teoretické části je přehled o kognitivních funkcí, jejich poruch, mezioborové spolupráci a kognitivní rehabilitaci v rámci ergoterapie. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření mezi ergoterapeuty pracujícími v iktových centrech v ČR. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem probíhá kognitivní screening u pacinetů po CMP v iktových centrech v ČR z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Výsledky ukazují, že ergoterapeuti se podílejí nejen na kognitivním screeningu, ale i na kognitivní rehabilitaci. Práce přináší vhled do současné ergoterapeutické praxe v této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with cognitive screening in patients after stroke (CMP) in the acute and subacute stages from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The theoretical part summarizes information about CMP, its consequences, and rehabilitation options. The chapter on occupational therapy and stroke centers in the Czech Republic is mentioned. The theoretical part includes an overview of cognitive functions, their disorders, interdisciplinary cooperation, and cognitive rehabilitation within occupational therapy. The practical part focuses on a quantitative questionnaire survey among occupational therapists working in stroke centers in the Czech Republic. The aim was to determine whether and how cognitive screening is carried out in patients after stroke in stroke centers in the Czech Republic from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The results show that occupational therapists participate not only in cognitive screening, but also in cognitive rehabilitation. The work provides insight into current occupational therapy practice in this area.en
