| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou evropského soukromého práva. Práce se zaměřuje na vznik, historický vývoj evropského soukromého práva, jeho determinanty a zdroje, harmonizaci a "kodifikaci". Dále analyzuje dopad evropského soukromého práva na národní soukromoprávní systémy a zabývá se hledáním dalšího potenciálního vývoje celého institutu evropského soukromého práva.<br>Cílem práce je komplexně analyzovat a popsat evropské soukromé právo, ale i pokusit se nalézt optimální cestu pro další vývoj tohoto institutu. Práce se opírá o relevantní literaturu, popřípadě i judikaturu Soudního dvora EU. | cs |

It focuses on the origins and historical development of European private law, its determinants and sources, as well as its harmonization and "codification." Furthermore, it analyzes the impact of European private law on national private law systems and explores potential future developments of the entire European private law framework.<br>The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively analyze and describe European private law and its influence on national private law systems while also trying to identify the optimal path for its further development. The thesis is based on relevant literature and, where applicable, the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. | en |
