dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na globalizaci lidských práv, s ohledem na humanitární intervenci v Kosovu. Hlavním cílem této práce je nastínit humanitární intervenci v Kosovu skrze perspektivu spravedlivé války a různých teorií na humanitární intervenci jako takovou. V tomto smyslu se empirická část zaměří především na to, zda lze tuto intervenci považovat za spravedlivou či nikoliv.cs

The main aim is to outline the humanitarian intervention in Kosovo through just war theory and the different views on the issue of humanitarian intervention.
