dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacientů s traumatickým poraněním obličeje. Zaměřuje se především na určení hlavních ošetřovatelských diagnóz a intervencí a snaží se zmapovat nejproblematičtější oblast v rámci edukace. Teoretická část obsahuje ucelený přehled anatomie obličeje a jeho dělení do etáží, druhy úrazů, možnosti vyšetřovacích metod, léčby a jejích komplikací, specifika ošetřovatelské péče a zakončena je rehabilitačními technikami orofaciálního aparátu. Praktická část obsahuje podrobnou kazuistiku zvoleného pacienta s komplikovaným úrazem obličeje po vážné autonehodě. Poté byl proveden sběr informací a osobní rozhovor s pacientem, na jehož základě byl sestaven ošetřovatelský proces. Výsledkem je zpracovaný edukační plán a leták v oblasti ústní hygieny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachleor thesis deals with the nursing process in patients wiith traumatic facial injuries. It focuses primarily on the identification of majir nursing diagnoses and interventions, and tries to map the most problematic area withing education. The theoretical part contains a comprehensive overview of facial anatomy and its division into layers, types of injuries, possibilities of investigation methods, treatment and its complications, specifics of nursing care ant terminated by rehabilation techniques of orofacial apparatus. The practical part contains a detailed case study of the selected patient with complicated face trauma after a serious car accident. After thet, information was collected and a personal interview with the patient, based on which the nursing process was assembled. The result is a prepared educational plan and a leaflet in the field of oral hygiene.en
