dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o podpoře kojení na oddělení šestinedělí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se z větší části zabývá problematikou kojení. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části se dále věnuji přípravě těhotné ženy na kojení a psychice kojící ženy. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na podporu kojení u nás i ve světě. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z dostupné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak jsou matky na oddělení šestinedělí podporovány v kojení svého dítěte pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že matky nejsou v porodnici dostatečně podporovány v kojení svého dítěte. Na konci práce jsou proto navrhnuta doporučení pro praxi, které by zdravotníci měli v podpoře kojení na základě výsledků výzkumu zlepšit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bacherol thesis deals the breastfeeding support in the department of puerperium. Thesis is devided in to theoretical and practical part. Mainly the theoretical part deals with the issue of breastfeeding. In the next chapters of the theoretical part I also deal with the preparation of a pregnant woman for breastfeeding and the psychological condition of a breastfeeding woman. The last chapter is focused on the support of breastfeeding in our country and in the world. The theoretical part contains knowledge from available literature and Internet sources.The main purpose of the practical part is to find out how mothers in the department of puerperium are supported in breastfeeding their child through quantitative research. The result of this work is the finding, that mothers are not sufficiently supported in the maternity hospital in breastfeeding their child. At the end of my thesis there are some recommendations being proposed to improve the whole practice, that should be used by health profesionals to improve in breastfeeding support based on research findings.en
