dc.description.abstractV předkládané diplomové práci se zabývám popisem transformátoru s regulací fáze a jeho fungováním. Zpracoval jsem jeho využití v přenosové soustavě pro regulaci přetoků činného výkonu a jeho vliv na přenosové soustavy jednotlivých států UCTE. Vyhodnotil jsem, jaké jsou možnosti předcházení poruchy typu "Blackout" s pomocí transformátorů s příčnou regulací fáze. Provedeno je i simulace vlivu modelu transformátoru s regulací fáze na modelu přenosové soustavy. Zabýval jsem se taktéž poruchou typu "Blackout" její historií nejen v Evropě a jejím průběhem. Vyhotovil jsem i krátké pojednání o sociálním dopadu této poruchy na společnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my thesis I describe the phase shift transformer and its function. I worked up its utilization in the transmission system for the regulation of the active power overflows and its influence on the transmission systems of the individual states of the Union for the Coordination of Transmission of Electricity (UCTE). I evaluated possibilities how to prevent power blackout with the help of the phase shift transformer. I also performed a simulation of the influence of the phase shift transformer model on the transmission system model. As well I described power blackout and its history not only in Europe and its development. Shortly I also dealt about the social impact of this power failure on the society.en
