dc.description.abstractPráce analyzuje systém veřejného financování v České republice, a to na základě principů a cílů, ze kterých by měl systém veřejného financování vycházet. Dále je zde pak zkoumán smysl postavení politických stran jako ústavních institucí. V empirické části je pak zkoumána efektivita jednotlivých příspěvku v praxi a míra závislosti zkoumaných politických stran na systém veřejného financování. Na kontrolu financování politických stran je zde nahlíženo prostřednictvím Hodnotících zpráv GRECO, na základě kterých je pak dále hodnocena novela zákona o politických stranách a hnutích projednávaná v roce 2016.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis analyzes the public funding system in the Czech Republic. This analyze is based on the principles and objectives on which the public funding system should be based. Furthermore, there is a sense the position of political parties such as the constitutional institutions is being investigated. In the empirical part of the effectiveness of individual contribution in practice is examined. The degree of dependence surveyed political parties on the public funding system is also investigated. It is seen to control the financing of political parties through GRECO evaluation reports. The amendment to the Law on Political Parties and Movements, which was negotiated in 2016, is evaluated on the basis of these reports.en
