| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkušeností žen s rizikovým těhotenstvím. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo popsat průběh rizikového těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí v kontextu prožívání ženy. Teoretická část práce se skládá z 5 kapitol. Jsou zde shrnuty informace o rizikovém těhotenství, epidemiologii a dispenzarizaci péče. Dále jsou zahrnuty vybrané kapitoly z rizikového těhotenství. Dále je popsána problematika předčasného porodu. Další část tvoří psychologie rizikového těhotenství, včetně prenatální komunikace a partnera těhotné ženy. Posledním tématem teoretické části je péče porodní asistentky o rizikově těhotnou ženu. Praktická část práce zahrnuje výzkumné šetření provedené na základě rozhovorů se ženou, která byla rizikově těhotná. Důraz byl kladen na zmapování průběhu rizikového těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí s detailním popisem prožívání ženy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the experience of women with high - risk pregnancies. The aim of this thesis was to describe a high-risk pregnancy, birth and postnatal period in the context of the woman's experience. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of 5 chapters which summarize general information about high-risk pregnancies, epidemiology and dispensation of care. Selected chapters of high risk pregnancies are included. Next issue that is discussed is preterm birth. The next section is the psychology of high risk pregnant women, including prenatal communication and the partner of high risk pregnant women. The final topic is the midwife's care of high risk pregnant women. The practical part of the thesis involves a research investigation carried out on the basis of interviews with a woman who was high risk pregnant.
