dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá panovníkem Jindřichem VIII. a jeho nejznámější politikou odtržení Anglie od Říma, která vyústila ve vznik samostatné anglikánské církve. Popsány jsou okolnosti, které proces vzniku církve v Anglii provázely. První část textu se věnuje historiografii anglické reformace (která je velmi rozličná), druhá část pak tradičnímu lidovému náboženství v Anglii šestnáctého století a poslední třetí část je zaměřena na krále Jindřicha VIII. a osobnosti okolo něj, které se podílely na procesu reformace v Anglii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis follow up roots of the process of the English Reformation, which started in the reign of Henry VIII. Henry placed himself as a head of the Church in England in 1534 and pope was stripped of his power on English soil. In first part of the text is described historiography of the English Reformation (there are at least three possibilities how we can research this topic), second part is about traditional people religion in England during 16. century and final part dealt with involvement of Henry and his advisors to the whole process.en
