dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů v podnikatelském prostředí. Teoretická část práce vychází z vymezení významu nákladů. Je definován pojem nákladů a související pojmy a jsou představeny běžně známé klasifikace nákladů. Poté jsou zmíněny a přiblíženy některé nástroje, metody a kritéria řízení nákladů, které podniky mohou používat. Praktická část je věnována řízení nákladů ve společnosti GES-ELECTRONICS, a. s. Jsou prezentovány základní nástroje nákladového řízení na celopodnikové úrovni. Stěžejní částí je zkoumání řízení nákladů ve skladovém hospodářství. Důraz je kladen na řízení osobních nákladů v centrálním skladu společnosti, kde jsou nejprve komplexně zmapovány prováděné činnosti. Následně dochází k definování a kvantifikování kritérií řízení osobních nákladů ve skladu. Na závěr je uvedena možnost využití stanovených kritérií.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issues of costs management in entrepreneurial environment. The theoretical part is based on the definition of the meaning of costs. The term "costs" and related terms are explained including the classification. Thereafter a characteristic of selected instruments and methods of costs managements is given. The practical part is dedicated to the costs management in the enterprise GES-ELECTRONICS, a.s. There is a presentation of the fundamental instruments of costs management used by the whole entity. The key part is an analysis of costs management in the warehousing. The thesis is focused on personnel costs management in the central warehouse including the description of activities in the central warehouse. Finally, standards for personnel costs management in the warehouse are defined and quantified, with the demonstration of their possible employment.en
