dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma Role ergoterapeuta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu se zabývá úlohou ergoterapeuta u pacientů po implantaci TEP kyčelního kloubu. Totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu je v posledních letech velmi využívanou metodou při řešení pokročilé osteoartrózy. Vzhledem k tomu, jak populace stárne a doží-vá se čím dál tím vyššího věku bude tato operace i nadále patřit mezi nejvíce využívané k prodloužení života a soběstačnosti pacientů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, v jaké problémové oblasti v ADL se vyskytují u pacientů po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu Jednalo se o kvalitativní výzkum. Data se sbírali pomocí testu Barthel index a pomocí dotazníku určený pro ergoterapeuty. Dle výsledků mají pacienti největší problém krátce po operaci s chůzi do schodů, oblékáním, koupáním a chůzí po rovině. Doporučila bych zařadit včasnější edukaci pacientů, nejlépe ještě před operací, kde by byl pacient včasněji edukován o tom, co ho následující měsíce po operaci čeká.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on The Role of the Occupational Therapist after Total Hip Ar-throplasty deals with the role of the occupational therapist in patients after total hip ar-throplasty. Total hip arthroplasty has been a widely used method in the management of advanced osteoarthritis in recent years. As the population ages and lives to an increasin-gly older age, this surgery will continue to be one of the most utilized to prolong the life and self-sufficiency of patients. The purpose of this study was to determine what problem areas in the ADL are present in patients after total hip arthroplasty surgery This was a qualitative study. Data were collected using the Barthel index test and a questionnaire designed for occupational therapists. According to the results, patients have the greatest difficulty shortly after surgery with walking up stairs, dressing, bathing and walking on the flat. I would recommend including more early patient education, preferably before sur-gery, where the patient is educated early on about what to expect in the months following surgery.en
