Konverze BIM modelu do CityGML 3.0 na příkladu bytových jednotek a jejich vizualizace

Abstract

Cílem tohoto příspěvku je seznámit čtenáře se standardem CityGML a s možnostmi konverze BIM modelu do formátu CityGML 3.0 na příkladu bytového domu s rozlišenými vlastnickými prostory spolu s vizualizací těchto prostorů. Je představena realizace navržené konverze mezi IFC a CityGML na daném příkladě a na závěr je tento výsledný model uložený ve formátu CityGML 3.0 vizualizován, přičemž jsou nastíněny výhody a nevýhody takového přístupu pro 3D vizualizaci vlastnických prostor.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the CityGML standard and the possibilities of converting a BIM model into the CityGML 3.0 format, using the example of an apartment building with differentiated ownership spaces together with the visualization of these spaces. The implementation of the suggested conversion between IFC and CityGML is presented on a given example, and finally this resulting model saved in CityGML 3.0 format is visualized, while the advantages and disadvantages of such an approach for 3D visualization of property spaces are outlined.
