dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce zpracovává problematiku ochrany spotřebitele v právu EU. Činí tak ze tří hlavních pohledů - vývoje této právní úpravy, ochrany ekonomických zájmů spotřebitele a přístupu spotřebitele k právním prostředkům ochrany jeho práv. Práce cílí na poskytnutí vysvětlení této problematiky s přihlédnutím k hledisku průměrného spotřebitele. Dále jsou v práci popsány základní pojmy a principy spotřebitelského práva EU a orgány a organizace ochrany spotřebitele s přihlédnutím k cílům Nového programu pro spotřebitele.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis examines the issue of consumer protection in EU law from three main perspectives - the development of the legislation, the protection of consumers' economic interests, and consumers' access to legal remedies. The thesis aims to provide an explanation of these issues taking into account the model of the average consumer. Furthermore, the work describes the basic concepts and principles of EU consumer law as well as consumer protection institutions and organisations, taking into account the objectives of the New Consumer Agenda.en
