dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce si klade za cíl porovnat ergodiagnostiku v České republice a Velké Británii z pohledu ergoterapeuta. Teoretická část je věnována úvodu do problematiky ergodiagnostiky, historii ergodiagnostiky, jejím průběhem a ergodiagnostickými testovacími metodami. Pro lepší přehlednost je stejná struktura teoretické části zachována pro situaci v České republice i Velké Británii. Praktická část je tvořena dvěma rozhovory s ergoterapeuty, kteří se zabývají ergodiagnostikou, v obou zemích. Dále obsahuje také charakteristiku sledovaného souboru, metodiku práce, kódování a interpretaci dat, analýzu výsledků, diskuzi a závěr. Praktická část poukazuje na podobnosti a odlišnosti ergodiagnostiky v obou zemích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis aims to compare prevocational assessment in the Czech Re-public and Great Britain from the perspective of an occupational therapist. The theoretical part is dedicated to the introduction to the issue of ergodiagnostics, the history of ergodia-gnostics, its course and ergodiagnostic test methods. For a better overview, the same structure of the theoretical part was preserved for the Czech Republic and Great Britain. The practical part consists of two interviews with occupational therapists who deal with prevocational assessment in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. It also contains the characteristics of the monitored group, work methodology, data coding and interpretation, analysis of results, discussion and conclusion. The practical part points out the similarities and differences of ergodiagnostics in both countries.en
