dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce má název "Přístup sestry a její možnosti zvládání agresivního pacienta". Je zaměřená na psychiatrickém oddělení. Hlavní motivací pro výběr tohoto tématu byla náročnost práce sestry při zvládání agresivního pacienta na psychiatrických odděleních a dále dnes velmi diskutované téma používání restriktivních opatření. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování problematiky používání restriktivních pomůcek a postupů v péči o agresivní pacienty na psychiatrických odděleních. Bakalářská práce má vytyčené čtyři cíle a k těm se vztahuje deset hypotéz. Prvním cílem je zjistit subjektivní názor sester na používání restriktivních pomůcek u agresivních pacientů, druhým cílem je zmapování znalostí sester, týkající se správných postupů při používání restriktivních opatření, třetím cílem je zjištění, jaké druhy restriktivních pomůcek a postupů jsou na psychiatrických odděleních nejčastěji používány a čtvrtým cílem je zjištění, jsou-li na psychiatrických lůžkových odděleních standardy ošetřovatelské péče definující používání restriktivních prostředků. Bakalářská práce bude obsahovat teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zaměříme na historii psychiatrického lékařství a ošetřovatelství, vysvětlení pojmu agrese, agresivita, druhy agrese, postupy zklidnění, možnosti pomocí restriktivních metod, ošetřovatelskou péči o agresivní pacienty a nutnou legislativu. Praktická část výzkumu obsahuje formulace výzkumu, cíle a hypotézy výzkumu, výzkumnou metodu, charakteristiku výzkumného souboru a pilotní studii. Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum, který probíhal formou dotazovaného šetření. Dotazovány byly sestry na uzavřených psychiatrických odděleních PN Dobřany a psychiatrického oddělení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis is entitled "Access sisters and her possibilities of coping with aggressive patients." It focuses on the psychiatric ward. The main motivation for choosing this topic was the intensity of a nurse in the management of aggressive patients in psychiatric wards and today much discussed topic of the use of restrictive measures. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the use of restrictive practices and aids in the care of aggressive patients in psychiatric wards. The work has outlined four goals and those covered ten hypotheses. The first objective is to determine the subjective opinion of nurses on the use of restrictive devices with aggressive patients, the second goal is to map the knowledge of nurses on good practice in the use of restrictive measures, the third objective is to determine what kinds of restrictive practices and tools are most commonly used psychiatric wards and fourth goal is to determine if they are on inpatient psychiatric wards standards of nursing care defining the use of restrictive means. Bachelor thesis includes both theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will focus on the history of psychiatric medicine and nursing, explain the concept of aggression, aggression, types of aggression, calming techniques, options with restrictive methods, nursing care for patients and aggressive necessary legislation. The practical part of the research includes the formulation of research objectives and research hypotheses, research methods, research characteristics file a pilot study. The practical part consists of quantitative research, which was conducted through the interviewee investigation. Interviewees were sisters in closed psychiatric wards PN Dobřany a psychiatric ward.en
