dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti fyzioterapie v lázeňské léčbě diabetu mellitu 2. typu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je krátce popsána anatomie slinivky břišní, rozdíly mezi jednotlivými typy diabetu mellitu a jeho patogeneze a diagnostika onemocnění. Další kapitoly se již zaměřují na diabetes mellitus 2. typu, přičemž je kladen důraz na možnosti pohybové léčby diabetiků. Praktická část obsahuje 6 kazuistik, první 3 z nich popisují průběh a výsledky léčebného lázeňského pobytu, v dalších 3 je jako metoda výzkumu použitý dotazník hodnotící tíži diabetické polyneuropatie. V diskuzi jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumné části práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on possibilities of comprehensive spa treatment of the diabetes mellitus disease. Thesis is consisted from theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is a short description of pancreas anatomy, the differences between multiple diabetes mellitus types, the pathogenesis and diagnostic process of the disease. Next chapters are focusing on diabetes mellitus (type 2) while the fundamental point lies in possibilities of physical treatment and the importace of rehabilitation with diabetics. The practical part has been realised as a qualitative type of research and contains 6 different patients, and their case studies. The first three of them describes comprehensive spa treatment, including process and results. For the next three patiens an unique questionary had been used, which shows their experiences with diabetic polyneuropathy. In the discussion and an outcome the results from practical part are beeing summarized.en
