| dc.description.abstract | V první části jsem shrnula historii věcných břemen a terminologie. V následující části jsem popsala platnou právní úpravu a úpravu v novém občanském zákoníku. V hlavní části mé práce jsem se věnovala jednotlivým služebnostem v jejich historickém vývoji a srovnávala je s úpravou v novém kodexu a snažila jsem se zjistit, zda vychází z některé historické úpravy. | cs |
