dc.description.abstractDevoluce je nepochybně velmi dynamický proces, který ovlivnil, ovlivňuje a bude ovlivňovat politické procesy ve Velké Británii. Práce je zaměřena na její konkrétní projevy v oblastech Skotska, Walesu a Severního Irska. Jejím cílem je popsat autonomní instituce, které zde v rámci procesu devoluce vznikly, a to podle klasického dělení moci na zákonodárnou, výkonnou a soudní. Dalším cílem je zjistit míru autonomie jednotlivých regionů. Jako nástroj pro zjišťování této míry slouží imaginární cesta, na jejímž konci je nezávislost jednotlivých regionů. Posledním cílem práce je obecně popsat, co to je proces devoluce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDevolution is undoubtedly a very dynamic process that significantly influenced, yet still affecting and will affect the political process in Great Britain. The work is focused on its particular manifestations in the regions of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It aims to describe an autonomous institutions under the devolution process in these regions arose, according to the classical division of powers into legislative, executive and judicial powers. Another goal is to find out the extent of autonomy of individual regions. As a tool for determining the degree is an imaginary journey to the end of which is independence of the regions. The final goal is to generally describe what is the process of devolution.en
