dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu pomocí metody Value Stream Mapping. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu dvou vybraných výrobků a nalezení plýtvání. Následně pomocí mapy budoucího stavu nalezená plýtvání odstranit. Dalším cílem je procesní analýza toku hodnot při přijetí odvolávky a plánování výroby. Pomocí analýzy současného stavu objevit plýtvání a snažit se tato plýtvání minimalizovat.cs
