| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku, která se týká řízení jednotlivých treasury aktivit. Teoretická část obecně rozebírá všechny činnosti, které spadají do oddělení treasury managementu. V návaznosti jsou definovány druhy organizace treasury managementu v podnicích. Důležitou část teoretické části zaujímá kapitola cash management, která popisuje řízení jednotlivých složek čistého pracovního kapitálu. Poslední část je zaměřena na kurzové riziko, jeho měření a zajištění. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis vybrané společnosti HP-Pelzer s.r.o., dále na analýzu řízení treasury aktivit, na analýzu jednotlivých složek čistého pracovního kapitálu a na analýzu jednotlivých rizik, která společnost ohrožují. Poslední část se skládá ze zhodnocení současného stavu ve společnosti, v návaznosti na hodnocení jsou navrhnuta opatření na zlepšení řízení jednotlivých treasury aktivit. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This submitted thesis is focused on the issue of management of individual treasury activities. The theoretical part analyzes all activities which are part of treasury management department. Following is defined types of organization of treasury management in companies. An important theoretical part covers cash management, which describes managing of individual components of net working capital. The last theoretical part is focused on the foreign exchange risk, its measurement and hedging risk. The practical part is focused on describing selected company HP-Pelzer s.r.o., further on the analysis of management treasury activities, analysis of the individual components of net working capital and on the analysis of the individual risks that threaten the company. The last part is consisted of the evaluation of the current company´s possition, in relation to evaluation are suggested measures to improve the management of individual treasury activities. | en |
