| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Příhraniční spolupráce při MU s HPO" se zabývá problematikou příhraniční spolupráce v kontextu mimořádných událostí s hromadným postižením osob. Téma, které jsme si pro svou práci zvolili, je zásadní nejen z hlediska ochrany a zajištění bezpečnosti obyvatelstva, ale také v kontextu rostoucí mobility a propojenosti mezi státy a regiony. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabýváme strukturou IZS a jejím fungováním. V druhé kapitole podrobněji rozebíráme pojmy z medicíny katastrof. Také jsou v bakalářské práci popsány činnosti ZZS na místě MU a poté kooperace mezi Českou republikou a jejími příhraničními státy. Praktická část popisuje výsledky ze získaných rozhovorů s vybranými krizovými pracovníky z krajských záchranných stanic. Rozhovory jsou zaměřené na průběh a přípravu příhraniční spolupráce při mimořádných událostech s hromadným postižením osob. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis on the topic of "Cross-border Cooperation in Mass Casualty Incidents with Medical Universities and Emergency Medical Services" addresses the issue of cross-border cooperation in the context of extraordinary events with mass casualties. The topic chosen for this thesis is crucial not only in terms of protecting and ensuring the safety of the population but also in the context of increasing mobility and connectivity between states and regions. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, we focus on the structure and functioning of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). The second chapter delves into concepts from disaster medicine in detail. Additionally, the thesis describes the activities of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at the scene of mass casualties and then discusses cooperation between the Czech Republic and its neighboring states. The practical part describes the results from interviews conducted with selected crisis workers from regional rescue stations. The interviews focus on the process and preparation of cross-border cooperation during extraordinary events involving mass casualties. | en |
