V práci jsou rozebrány okolnosti vzniku Listiny, její obsah, její výklad a náležitosti s ní spojené. Práce také rozebírá revelantní judikaturu SDEU a Ústavního soudu ČR.cs

The thesis analyzes the circumstances of the Charter's creation, its content, its interpretation and the requirements associated with it. The thesis also analyzes the relevant case law of the CJEU and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.en
