dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu Crush syndromu a přístupu zdravotníků před a v průběhu transportu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části se studenti zdravotnických oborů mohou dozvědět co je to Crush syndrom, kdy může nastat, jak se projevuje, kterých orgánů se týká a jaká je první pomoc a následná léčba při jeho řešení. Ve výzkumné části ověřuji úroveň teoretických znalostí Crush syndromu u záchranářů zdravotnické záchranné služby a u členů hasičského záchranného sboru. Veškeré výsledky jsem zpracoval do tabulek a grafů a podle těchto výsledků se stanovené cíle potvrdili, nebo vyvrátily.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis is focused on Crush syndrome and approach of paramedics when securing the pacient before and during the transport. The thesis contains theoretical part and research. Medical students can use the theoretical part to familiarize themselves with what the Crush syndrome actually is, when it occurs, what are the symptoms, which body parts can be affected, how the first aid can be given and what is the subsequent treatment of the syndrome. In the research part I reviewed the theoretical knowledge about Crush syndrome among the paramedics and members of fire rescue services. I analyzed all results and summarized them in the spreadsheets and charts. The fulfillment of the goals that were set in the beginning has been verified in the research part.	en
