dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá prostorovou diferenciací volební podpory strany SMER-SD a hnutí Progresívne Slovensko v předčasných parlamentních volbách na Slovensku v roce 2023. S využitím dat na úrovni obcí a geostatistických metod, včetně geograficky vážené regrese (GWR), Moranova I a lokálních indikátorů prostorové asociace (LISA), v diplomové práci se analyzuje vliv sociodemografických faktorů na volební výsledky. Výsledky potvrzují silnou územní polarizaci elektorátu: zatímco podpora Progresívneho Slovenska je úzce vázána na metropolitní centra a vysokoškolsky vzdělané obyvatelstvo, SMER-SD čerpá podporu z širšího spektra regionů, zahrnujících jak periferie, tak hospodářsky stabilní oblasti. Práce prokazuje, že vliv klíčových faktorů, zejména vzdělání, není na celém území neměnný, ale vykazuje významnou prostorovou nestacionaritu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's thesis addresses the spatial differentiation of electoral support for the SMER-SD party and the Progresívne Slovensko movement in the 2023 snap parliamentary elections in Slovakia. Using municipality-level data and geostatistical methods, including Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR), Moran's I and Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA), the thesis analyzes the influence of sociodemographic factors on election results. The findings confirm a strong territorial polarization of the electorate: while support for Progresívne Slovensko is closely linked to metropolitan centers and a university-educated population, SMER-SD draws support from a wider range of regions, encompassing both peripheries and economically stable areas. The thesis demonstrates that the influence of key factors, particularly education, is not constant across the territory but displays significant spatial non-stationarity.en
